Step 2: Get Your Overseas Warehouse Address
*Find Address: Log in to the Member Center to view our Global Warehouse Addresses.
*Important Tip: When checking out on foreign websites, always enter your Member ID (RS***)** at the end of the "Address" or "Receiver" field so we can identify your package.
Step 3: Pre-Alert & Select Service
*Package Pre-Alert: Once the seller ships your item and provides a tracking number, go to [Package Status] on our site to "Pre-Alert" the incoming shipment.
*Create Waybill: Go to [Red Sea Logistics — New Waybill] and choose your preferred shipping method.
*Note: For local pickup, please fill out the [Local Pickup Request Form].
Step 4: Payment & Dispatch
*Weight & Inspection: Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will calculate the final shipping fee.
*Automatic Payment:
Sufficient Balance: The system will automatically deduct the fee and arrange dispatch.
Insufficient Balance: You will receive a [Pay Now] notification. Please top up your account to avoid delays.
Step 5: Tracking & Delivery
*Track Progress: Check [Waybill Status Query] anytime to see where your package is.
*Customs Notification: When the package arrives in Taiwan, you will also receive a push notification from the EZ WAY App for real-time authentication.

1. Incoming Package Inquiry (Confirming Warehouse Receipt)
Once the seller marks your order as "Delivered," please go to [Package Status Query] to confirm:
*Normal Inbound: The package has been correctly identified and assigned to your account.
*"Orphanage Area" Claim: If your package does not appear, it may be due to a missing or incorrect Member ID. Please go to the "Orphanage Area" and use your tracking number to claim it.

*Express Mode (International Courier): Subject to stricter government regulations. B6. Why is the international shipping cost calculated based on volume weight rather than the actual weight of the goods?
Shipping Fee Calculation Principle: Weight vs. Volumetric
In accordance with IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations, international shipping fees are calculated based on the higher of the two: "Actual Weight" or "Volumetric (Dimensional) Weight." > Why? Large but lightweight items (such as pillows or large toys) occupy significant space in the cargo hold. Therefore, shipping costs are based on the space consumed rather than just the physical weight. Both the dimensions and the actual weight must be measured beforehand.

For every package, we compare:
Actual Weight: The physical weight of the package on a scale.
Volumetric Weight: The "space weight" calculated based on the package's Length, Width, and Height.

Important Notice: Oversized Packages
*The "225cm Rule": If the sum of any two sides of a package is >= 225 cm, the shipping fee will strictly be charged based on whichever is higher: the Volumetric Weight or the Actual Weight. Special discounts may not apply to these oversized items.
B7. The tracking number stocked into my account doesn't match the one provided by the manufacturer?
Tracking Number & Barcode Guide
Why does the scanned barcode look different?
Major carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LaserShip often embed Zone Control Codes into their barcodes for routing purposes. This results in a very long string of numbers that includes, but is not limited to, your actual Tracking Number.
The Solution: Pre-Alert Your Package
This is a standard occurrence across all transshipment services. To ensure your package is identified correctly:
- Pre-Alert Inbound: Please log in and pre-alert your shipment as soon as you receive the tracking number from the seller.
- Smart Matching: Our system will automatically extract your tracking number from the long barcode string if a pre-alert exists. This ensures the IDs match perfectly in your account.
Can't find your package?
If you missed the pre-alert window, don't worry! You can use our specialized feature:
- Go to [Package Status] → [Orphanage Area] to manually claim your package using your tracking number.
B8. The seller's website says "delivered," but package has not been stocked in?
Missing Package Inquiry
1. Standard Processing Time
Morning Deliveries: Usually processed within the same day.
Afternoon Deliveries: Processed on the next business day.
Missing Member ID: Check the "Orphanage Area" in your account to claim your package using the tracking number.
2. Inquiry Requirements (After 2 Business Days)
To expedite your inquiry, please provide the following via Text and Screenshot:
- Proof of Delivery (POD): Screenshot showing the recipient’s signature/name.
- Full Tracking History: Screenshot from the carrier’s website.
- Shipping Address Verification: Screenshot of the invoice/shipping label to confirm it matches our official warehouse address exactly (including punctuation).
- Typed Information: Provide your Tracking Number and Member ID in text format.
3. External Carrier Issues (Outside Our Control)
Misdelivery: Drivers may sign on your behalf but deliver to the wrong address. Please contact the carrier to retrieve and redeliver.
False "Delivered" Status: If the driver claims delivery during office hours but no one was present, it is likely a driver error.
Off-Hour Deliveries: Our warehouses are closed on weekends and local holidays. We cannot guarantee the safety of packages left unattended during non-working hours.
4. Terms of Service
Liability: Our responsibility begins only AFTER a package is successfully scanned into our system. For missing items before arrival, please file a claim with the seller or the shipping carrier.
Service Limits: We do not accept requests outside our warehouse scope (e.g., picking up items from old locations or local service centers).

3. Taiwan: Frequent Importer Tax-Inclusive Route (Duty Paid)
Best for: Frequent shoppers who exceed the 6-shipment limit and prefer a hassle-free experience.
*Key Advantage: We cover the "Frequent Importer Tax" for items declared under NT$2,000.
*Requirement: Users must complete EZWAY App real-time authentication and click "Binding Confirmed" (申報相符).
*Note: No individual tax receipts are provided for this route.
Exceptional Charges Under "Tax-Inclusive" Routes
Customers are responsible for taxes and fees under the following circumstances:
*Mandatory Formal Entry: Customs requires a transfer to formal declaration due to excessive quantity or high value (Additional fee: NT$630–$840 + Duties).
*Incorrect Declaration: Discrepancies between declared and actual contents leading to re-valuation.
*Oversized/Overweight: Dimensions (L+W+H) > 170cm or weight > 20kg (44 lbs).
*Government Inspection: Fees for additional verification by specific agencies (e.g., medical or telecommunication certifications).
*Prohibited Items: Any costs associated with illegal goods, contraband, or customs-ordered returns/destruction.

*Standard: Your package typically arrives at our overseas warehouse within 7 business days after the order is placed.
*Peak Season: During major shopping events (e.g., Black Friday, 11.11, or Christmas), domestic transit times may vary and could be longer than usual.
2. How to Track Your Order
*Shipping Confirmation: Keep an eye on the email from the seller. It will contain the Carrier Name, the Tracking Number, and the Estimated Delivery Date.
*Order Integrity: Please check if the seller has shipped your order in multiple packages or if any items are currently backordered or out of stock.

B14. Can you handle the shipping of large items such as TVs and strollers?
Large & Special Items Policy
You may ship large items; however, please strictly adhere to packaging standards and airline/airport regulations.
1. Professional Crating Service
For fragile or high-value oversized items (e.g., Large TVs, Artwork, Stone Sculptures), we recommend reinforced wood crating.
Available Locations: Delaware, US (BDE); Malaysia (MLX); and Taipei (TPE) warehouses.
Note: This service is currently unavailable at other warehouses. Fees are based on final dimensions and weight.
2. Oversized Item Restrictions & Surcharges
Oversized Threshold: Packages exceeding 30kg or a total dimension (L+W+H) of 175cm will incur an oversized handling fee.
Dimensional Limits: No two sides of a single box should simultaneously exceed 90cm.
Special Quotes/Rejection: If any single side exceeds 180cm, total weight exceeds 50kg, or two sides exceed 90cm, a custom quote is required. We reserve the right to refuse shipments that exceed airline capacity.
3. Security & Certification (Compliance)
Items such as strollers, massage chairs, or electronics with WiFi/Bluetooth functions may face strict security and regulatory inspections (e.g., NCC/BSMI in Taiwan).
Pro-Tip: We strongly recommend applying for "Personal Use Exemption" or necessary permits before importing to ensure a worry-free customs process.
B15. Can you accept Cross Border Packages?
Cross-Border Fees & Duty Advanced Payment
1. Mandatory Procedures
*Documentation: Customers must provide the official Order Invoice, Shipping Label, and Proof of Customs Payment.
*Pre-Arrival Notification: You must notify our customer service before the package arrives at the warehouse. Failure to do so gives the warehouse the right to refuse the shipment and terminate further service.
2. United Kingdom (EMA Warehouse) Special Declaration
Due to strict UK customs regulations, the following rules apply to all EMA inbound shipments:
*Advance Notice: Provide proof of purchase and the tracking number to customer service before delivery.
*Security Deposit: A deposit equal to 30% of the total order value must be topped up in your account before the package arrives.
*Handling Fee: A per-package administrative fee will be charged for processing.*Refund Policy: The deposit is held for 3 months. After this period, you must manually apply to have the funds transferred back to your general member balance.
*Liability: All local duties, VAT, and associated fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Regional Service Availability
